In the submission of Creative Ideas for the Service, you hereby waive any ownership rights in a said Creative Idea and acknowledge they will become our property. As our property, we will exclusively own all rights to the Creative Ideas worldwide, and will be entitled to the restricted use of the Creative Ideas for any purpose, without any compensation to you.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. Neither Publisher nor any of its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives or licensors shall be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of your access or use of, or your inability to access or use, the Service and the information available on the Service or arising out of any action taken in response to or as a result of any information available on the service.
